Peter Andreae's Research Projects

My research interests lie in machine learning, particularly learning learning from complex structured information.

• My longstanding interest is in intelligent agents that learn within richly structured worlds, generalise from past experience, and have novel exploratory behaviours.
• I have done various projects in the area of clustering algorithms, including applications in bioinformatics and web search.
• I have collaborated with the Deaf Studies Research Unit, building an online version of the NZ Sign Language Dictionary
