Resource Based Policies for Load Distribution
This thesis was the result of aproximately 18 months work, carried out at the Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. It was originally written in LaTeX, and converted to html with LaTeX2HTML which was writen by Nikos Drakos.
As well as this version it is also available in postscript(436K), and there will shortly be two papers - more later.
